Transform your changeovers with the W rotor
Infinitely adaptable and easier to maintain than ever before

The W rotor from Vecoplan® offers numerous advantages in terms of cutting geometry. Bolted tool holder plates with variable cutting tip sizes make rotor changes a thing of the past.

Do your output particle requirements often change? With the W rotor, multiple cutters are attached to a removable cutter holder plate. The result is reduced time spent changing cutter size because the rotor remains in the machine. The ergonomic accessibility of the rotor further makes changeovers easier than the traditional method.

In the event of a damaged cutter-holder segment, only the relevant segment is replaced instead of having to weld in individual holders or completely changing the rotor.
