Designed for liberating steel wire from rubber content in pre-shredded tires, resulting in a more useful end product. This provides a cleaner end product that has much more recycling value than traditional TDF.
VAZ Series Single Shaft Shredders
The Vecoplan® V-EBS 2500 is designed for the production of refuse derrived fuel (RDF) from production and sorting waste, packaging material as well as domestic and commercial waste for the energetic use in cement and power plants.
Vecoplan® offers a wide selection of large, multi-purpose dual-shaft shredders for heavy industrial material processing and recycling.
For 40 years, Vecoplan® has set the standard for industrial shredders in the waste industry, offering our customers unparalleled experience in innovative product design, engineering and production. The efficiencies gained from our customized integrated manufacturing systems assure our customers of the highest quality product, system compatibility and on-time delivery. Vecoplan® designs and manufactures machinery with ease of maintenance in mind. Wear parts that are easily accessed and replaced mean that complete machine overhauls can be accomplished in a matter of hours as opposed to days or weeks. Our quality assurance process begins with our sales activities and continues through design and production following our ISO 9001 licensed quality program.
Vecoplan® VNZ Re-Shredders come in three versions:
V - For lighter-duty, high-volume processing of homogenous, pre-shredded waste materials.
L - For mixed waste re-shredding.
XL - For the toughest and/or bulky re-shredding applications.
For domestic, commercial or any bulky waste, used timber and production waste.
Vecoplan® VTH Series Drum Chippers are indispensable in the wood processing industry owing to their enormous throughput and wide range of sizes and rotor systems. They are designed to perform a range of tasks, from the production of fuel chips for energy generation through to quality wood chips for the wood pulp industry. In a nutshell, Vecoplan® VTH Series Drum Chippers are used in industrial applications where wood chips are required as the starting material for a subsequent production process.
The Vecoplan® VTH-VU Series™ horizontal shredders, or wood grinders as this industry has come to know them, are designed especially for size reduction of wood strips, edge rippings, slabs, and all long wood scrap, as well as lineal plastic scrap such as siding and vinyl window profiles.
The VTH-VU Series™ family contains six different models, ranging from 40 to 125 hp. Infeed widths range from 12 in to 33 in. Larger custom models are available in some styles. Each machine comes complete with a pre-wired control panel and 16 ft vibration conveyor for infeed of the feedstock. Multiple feed rollers grip material coming from the conveyor and advance the material into the cutting rotor. The feed rate is determined by the amperage load that processing places on the cutting rotor, which in turn sends a signal to both the conveyor and the feed rollers for adjustment of the feed rate.
Mobile Shredding Systems
Loading/Unloading Conveyors are used in silos and storage bunkers containing solids in the size of wood chips. What makes these machines special is that they fill silos as well as empty them. Conventional systems are generally applicable for only one function. The loading/unloading conveyor consists of a distribution/discharge conveyor that can be moved up and down on steel wire ropes through rope guides by means of lifting device. This provides the constant filling and emptying.
The required steps are fully automatically initiated and processed by PLC (programmable logic control) through various programs. It is also possible to fill and empty a box simultaneously.
For the conveyance of free-flowing materials, such as sawdust, shavings and wood chips, etc. The Vecoplan® push/pull rod dischargers comprise hydraulically operated push/pull rods that move reciprocally across the floor of the bunker. If an upstream extraction device is activated, a hydraulic system automatically initiates a slow backwards and forwards reciprocal movement of several adjacent push rods. During this process, the special profile of the carriers transports the bulk material into an extraction device located at the end (one side undercuts the bulk material in the direction of the end of the bunker, the other side conveys the bulk material in the direction of the extraction device). Material from the silo is dosed in the required amounts by the discharge conveyor, or the push/pull rods themselves.
For the separation of low density fraction out of pre-shred production waste, mixed construction waste, plastic waste from the pulper as well as municipal and industrial waste. The final product is a high calorific fuel which can be re-shred and pelletized.
Cross belt magnetic separators are used to remove ferrous contaminants, such as tramp metals, including nuts, bolts, wire and banding from material being processed. Cross conveyor provides large area of coverage for a continuous self cleaning operation. Durable cleated belt transports ferrous contaminant objects into collection bin.
Drag-Chain Conveyors offer the ideal solution to difficult material conveying. The modular design allows for limitless adjustments for horizontal, vertical and diagonal installation.
Motorized slides, outlets and funnels provide variable and accurate metering to different storage locations as well as leveling capabilities.
Offering the most flexibility in a durable, rugged package, Vecoplan® Drag-Chain Conveyors offer made-to-order solutions for nearly every conveying problem.
Designed specifically to expedite the unloading of shred trucks while containing and removing the intrinsic dust, TUCS™ greatly reduces the need for any manual labor when unloading your truck and feeding your baler.
The system includes an unloading containment module constructed of steel and clear vinyl strips that allow drivers to back the truck in, unload and pull away. The containment module includes a built-in pneumatic dust collection system and an enclosed inclined conveyor with feed chute that automatically transfers the shredded paper to your baler. TUCS™ features a small footprint, quick and simple installation, seamless operation, and an economical price tag.
The Vecoplan VPC 1600 is specifically designed for the size reduction of large or bulky wood waste materials such as pallets, crates, CNC skeletons, drums, wooden reels and shipping dunnage. When added to a Vecoplan industrial wood grinder, the overall system capacity can be increased by as much as 200%. The VPC 1600 sits on top of a Vecoplan wood grinder offering an industry first all-in-one two-stage size reduction process involving crushing and grinding, maximizing efficiency and throughput.
